We encourage all employers we work with to sign up to and take part in our Employer Pledge – this includes signing up to offering support to our customers, such as employer visits, placements, work trials / working interviews or even offering mock interviews. All employers and companies who sign up to our Employer Pledge receive a letter of recognition and are also able to access MTIB support such as disability awareness information and training or support to sign up to the Disability Confident Campaign.
